Controls Description.

Controls are mounted in a separate fully enclosed NEMA 12 double door control cabinet.

There is aHoneywell "Truline" round chart recording controller and a Honeywell UDC digital high limit safety.

Control switches with indicating lights for all functions of the oven are flush mounted in the door of theenclosure. SCR power controller, high limit contactors, fuses, motor starters, relays etc. are mountedand wired inside the enclosure. Variable speed drive control is mounted inside the panel with a digital speed indicator flush mounted in the door.

Oven and Conveyor Description.

Stainless steel flat wire conveyor belt with variable speed control.

Aluminized steel interior with 4doors on the side for easy access to the interior.

Tubular style heating elements and high volume circulating fan are mounted in a separate insulated chamber that sets on top of the oven housing.

Heated air is circulated through an air plenum that uniformly distributes the heat down over the productand through the belt creating a "top- - down" air flow pattern.

A powered exhaust fan is mounted on top of the oven.
