The Powder/Paint Line consists of:

• 880’ Length IPE Custom Built, X348 Conveyor Line – 3” I-Beam Trolleys on 24” Centers.  I-Beam is Type 304 Stainless Steel Track (inside 4-stage power washer only), with loading and unloading designated staging areas.  Comes with Digi-Lube –automatic lubricating system.  Maximum weight of 800# on 24” centers.

• IPE Brand 62’ Long Stainless Steel 4- Stage Heated DI Water Power Washer System – with Eco Water Recovery. System is fully enclosed and is a closed loop process.  Uses deionized water. Opening is 2’ Wide x 11’ Height. 

• IPE Brand 48 ft. Long Gas Furnace –Forced Convection part Drying Oven. 150 to 450 degrees F. Free Standing floor model.  Burners: WX100 Winnox Eclipse Burners - 1,000,000 BTU’s per hour.  Oven Width: 4’, Oven Height 16’ 3-1/2”.  Opening is 2’ wide x 11’ Height.  Comes with all control panels.

• IPE  Custom Built Wet Spray Paint Booth with 2 operator spray positions (upper & lower) Lighted, with manometers, exhaust blowers, solenoid valves, dry media filters, stack pipe.  Overall dimensions: 8’ 4” wide x 15’ 3” height x 11’ 6” Deep.

• IPE Custom Built Powder Coat Booth with 4 operator powder gun positions (2 upper, 2 lower) Same specs as Booth above (approx). Nordson Brand Manual Powder Coat System Econo-Coat RCM II  11000 Moduel, Powder Supply Equipment, Pneumatic Controls, 4-Station Platform, and Nordson SureCoat Spray Guns.

• IPE Brand 88 ft. Long Gas Furnace –Forced Convection Curing Oven.  150 to 450 degrees F. Free Standing floor model. Burners: WX200 Winnox Eclipse Burners - 2,000,000 BTU’s per hour. Oven Width 4’, Oven Height 17’ 4-1/2”.  Opening is 2’ wide x 11’ Height. Comes with all control panels.
