5. CONSTRUCTION:
The oven housing will be constructed of ALUMINIZED STEEL tongue and groove oven panels 4" thick.
The panels will be insulated with resilient mineral wool blankets, 5" thick, 4# density.
Double swing-out doors with 5 heavy hinges each will be supplied on one end. Doors will be sealed and gasketed. "Brixon" explosion venting latches will be supplied at each door.
A 1/4”steel floor is quoted as optiional
6. STRUCTURAL STEEL:
Structural steel for internal and base structure will be furnished for support of oven, oven equipment and air heater from purchaser's level floor.
7. EXHAUST:
Ventilation System (less stack) included – rated at 1,350 CFM
8. RECIRCULATION:
Oven will be equipped with a "Chicago" or equal, fan providing 12,800 CFM recirculation. The fan will be mounted on a shaft in the heater compartment. The shaft will be supported by two ball-bearing pillow blocks mounted outside the oven. This arrangement keeps bearings away from the heated air and eliminates exterior ductwork with the increased installation and maintenance cost of same.
Fan will be driven through a multiple V-belt drive by a 10 HP open drip proof motor.
Adjustable baffled recirculation ductwork will be supplied throughout the oven to ensure best possible even heating.

10. TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
The temperature will be controlled by a Allen Bradly (or equal) digital indicating temperature controller with thermocouple and wire.

Should local conditions dictate equipment or arrangements beyond the scope as specifically described herein, additions to the contract at your option and your expense, will be made.

SCOPE
This enclosure is designed for modular bolt-up construction to eliminate the need for field welded connections and reduction of assembly time. All components are to be pre-punched and marked to correspond to their mating panels, columns and or joists described below:
PANELS:
All panels are fabricated from 18 gauge prime quality GALVANIZED STEEL sheet, precision formed with 2" companion flanges having holes punched at 6" centers typically. Panels are sized for ease of handling (max. 42" x 120" @ 85# each) and interchangeability. Panels are to be sealed with butyl caulking at each seam during the erection sequence. Panels will be fastened to one another and/or corresponding beam or joists with 5/16" diameter hex head machine bolts and nuts. (Grade 5 galvanized)

Booth lighting will be provided by four (4) four (4) tube 48" fluorescent fixtures. All fixtures are 120 volt, 1 phase, 60 hz. Light fixtures are mounted behind 1/4" clear safety glass appropriately sealed from the spray booth interior with closed cell rubber gasket material.
CONTROLS:
An electrical enclosure will be supplied to control the booth fan and lights. It will be the customer’s responsibility to tie main power to the panel being supplied with the booth.
Excludes: Fire suppression, permits or freight.
